1. Who we are

MARKIATOR TECHNOLOGIES ("MARKIATOR", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency operating from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with https://markiator.github.io/markiator.

The short version: this website is a static site. It has no server, no database and no analytics. It does not collect, store or transmit your personal information anywhere.

2. This website does not collect your data

There is no backend. Nothing you type into this website is sent to us over the internet by the website itself, and nothing is written to a database.

When you fill in an enquiry form, the details you entered are formatted into a message on your own device and used to open WhatsApp with that message prepared. You then choose whether to press send. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never receive anything.

3. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies

This website runs no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel, no advertising conversion tracking and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind.

We do not profile visitors, we do not build remarketing audiences from this website, and we do not know which pages you visited.

4. The only browser storage we use

The site stores a single value in your browser's session storage, named markiator_popup_seen. Its only purpose is to remember that our consultation popup has already been shown to you, so it does not reappear during the same visit.

It contains no personal information, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

5. Information you send us directly

When you contact us through WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we naturally receive whatever you choose to share. That typically includes:

• Your name and business name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your website address, if you share it
• The service you are interested in and your indicated budget
• Anything you tell us about your requirement

6. How we use what you send us

We use information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and provide the services you have asked about. We contact you through the channel you used to reach us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

7. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We have no control over how WhatsApp handles message data, and we recommend reviewing Meta's privacy policy if that matters to you.

The same applies to email and telephone services, and to any social media platform you contact us through.

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. Loading that frame may allow Google to observe your visit. If you would rather it did not load, block third-party frames in your browser settings — the rest of the page works normally without it.

8. How long we keep it

Conversations and enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required for legal, accounting or tax purposes.

If you are not a client and would like us to delete our record of your enquiry, email or message us and we will remove it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

9. How we protect it

This website is served over HTTPS. Because it holds no data, there is no visitor database to breach.

Enquiries you send us are stored in our business WhatsApp, email and internal records, with access restricted to team members who need it to do their work.

No method of communication or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Request deletion of your information, where we have no ongoing lawful reason to retain it
• Withdraw consent to further communication at any time
• Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to external sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
